- 1/2 cup jicama (singkamas), thin strips
- 1/2 cup string beans (baguio beans), sliced diagonally
- 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 3/4 cup extra firm tofu, slice into thin strips
- 4 gloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- salt to taste
- cooking oil
- lettuce leaves
- 1/2 cup ground or crushed peanuts for garnishing
